"Very arrogant and disrespectful attitude of the leasing office person. I think this is a newly built home but the people here seems like they are not really welcome you to move in. If you don’t ask for more details they won’t let you know anything. For example , I have to send the message several times to get their response . And the response is really ambiguous, they only told you the townhome price is 3000 but they don’t let you which type of townhome is 3000. And when I ask if townhome B is 3000 she said no it’s 4300 . When I asked if I can walk in since the website said walk-in is welcome they simply replied :”no” which makes me feel this is not friendly and professional at all!"

"Loved living here, was sad to leave! Great location, close to shopping, highways ect. Brand new, beautiful apartments. All neighbors were friendly and respectful. The girls who manage the property are amazing to work with- they really went above and beyond for my family! Update 11/7/23: Removed my five star review. Our experience with the management company post move out has been a nightmare. There was zero communication with us until I reached out to get our $1000 security deposit back. They refused. We sent multiple emails back and forth explaining the NJ rental laws were not followed regarding communication about our security deposit.. and eventually they just stopped responding. We are now out $1000. I wouldn't want anyone to look at my initial review and think that this is a good place to rent. The property managers are good people, but the management company is only interested in keeping your money, unethically. Spend your rent money elsewhere."
