"Absolute scumbag middle eastern guy (I would use a different word but I want this review to stay up) at the front desk, no respect whatsoever, we had a reservation booked and he wouldn’t let us in our room at night after arguing for hours, we’re still in the process of getting our money back, do not go here, disgusting employees and disgusting way to do business. Would give zero if I could."

"So yeah they have roaches , roaches was crawling on the bed. The bathroom tub is disgusting and the bathroom ceilings need repairs. The bed skirt curtains are disgusting and stained. I slept on the top of the sheets and comforter so I didn’t really inspect anything as far as stripping the bed. The microwave is high powered though and works really well as well as the fridge. The tv was broke and wouldn’t come in although the remote worked. The toilet overflows on the side because it’s something wrong with the pipes. When it did I called front desk they told me I would have to wait until the next day for emergency assistance . I also had a problem with little b*techies being loud and ghetto by my door so I called front desk and asked them could they tell the little b*tches to move and the man then tells me to to open door and just tell them , which I felt was very ghetto and low class because as management he’s suppose to make sure that hotel protocol is being followed properly . But yeah today I check out at 11 I already killed a roach crawling on the corner of the table that supports the microwave and a roach that was crawling on the opposite bed of which I was sleeping on . The heat and ac works banging. Also the beds are very uncomfortable. It feels like you’re sleeping on a bowl of hard cold lumpy grits. Another plus is you’re about 10/15 minutes walking distance from Wegmans which I was able to collect some organic collards and other cool tasty ingredients for cooking from. I would not recommend this motel to anyone."

"Run as far away from this place as you possibly can and when you think you are far enough keep running. Where to start, there were roaches smashed on the wall. There were live roaches running along the floor. They had bed bugs up on the curtains. They had some other type of bug just sitting there on the floor that was toasted black. There was black mold around the ac unit. And last but certainly not least there was a non working TV with a missing TV stand propped up on a dresser leaned against the wall. The only good thing about this place was the front desk man who was an angel. I slept in my rental car over staying in this place."

"We walked into the room, turned on the lights and 100 roaches scattered. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We immediately canceled our stay. The man at the desk was very rude and threw his hand up at me gesturing to get out of there when I told him about the condition of the room. This is probably the most disgusting place I've ever seen."

"Main manager has his hands tied because of a boss who is cheap. It doesn't help almost all the people here are making this place worse. Smoking in non smoking rooms. Leaving trash everywhere. If you expect a clean room think again. If you wanna sleep with the lights off think again. Just wanna note that as I'm writing this I had killed a roach just crawling along the floor. Mind everyone I've done the most to fill random holes everywhere. It's infested no doubt. Isn't gonna change don't waste your energy here if you don't have to sleep in your car atleast you don't have to guard your belongings from bringing roach with you. No fridge I had to make shift a little bin with ice. No microwave. I'm on night guard duty to protect my toddler. Thank Jesus I brought my pillows blanket and got set of brand new sheets. It's bad here run far away. It's extreme stress when your used being able to walking across a floor that's not ROACH INFESTED!!! DONT COME HERE YOUR HEART WILL LOSE FAITH IN HUMANITY... I've been here 8 hours this is pain."
