"Sterling Parc is a great place to live! We are here for a few months and have been really impressed with all of the staff - especially Rashad on the maintenance team who is very helpful and friendly. Our apartment is great - modern and was clean and fresh on arrival. Any problems get fixed very quickly and without skimping on cost - Rashad just fitted a new dishwasher and Tom helped us get a new furnace instantly when ours stopped working. The whole complex is well-kept and clean. Snow and leaves are removed immediately… even as they are falling! It is fairly quiet here and the neighbors seem great. The clubhouse, gym and pool are impressive and comfortable. We are very pleased that we chose Sterling Parc and recommend it!"
