"Kathryn has no integrity to be a doctor. Imagine going to a doctor with a sore throat, and she walks in and tell you “suck it up, everybody get some virus these days, and they don’t know what it is.” Without even take a look at anything, just let you go without any treatments or proper answers. Some of the doctors here do not have the integrity to be doctors. Horrible."

"I visited this facility seeking medical attention due to severe throat pain, accompanied by redness and white spots in my throat. Upon consultation, the attending doctor concurred that something was amiss. Another physician swabbed me for Covid, flu, and strep, and sent samples for testing. Despite the test results returning negative, the doctor acknowledged that something was still wrong based on their examination. Patients are required to pay a $100 co-pay, yet I believe the city MD facility should improve its patient care standards. When I voiced my concerns and dissatisfaction, I was informed that I would need to pay for a reevaluation, which I find unjust considering the persistence of my symptoms. Subsequently, my primary doctor confirmed that I indeed had strep throat. Even though the tests at city MD were negative, I expected the doctor to provide some form of treatment. It is disheartening to witness paying patients being treated in such a manner. Healthcare facilities should prioritize patient well-being and strive to offer effective and empathetic care, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary attention and support they require."

"Extremely prompt and courteous. Everyone spoke to me nicely. And the technician was very skilled. I did not feel the needle at all and afterwards I didn’t bruise."

"I don’t think I’ve ever been to such a terrible urgent care facility. The workers are incompetent and seriously couldnt care less about you or your well being. Not one “health care professional” could treat me properly which resulted in me going back 3 other times, none of which giving me any good answers or proper treatment. Find somewhere else to go. Rude, unprofessional, unqualified. Best thing they did for me was refer me to a primary care physician because they couldn’t figure it out themselves. If you need to get ur temperature taken then that’s the best they will provide you with. Took my blood pressure with my jacket on and belittled me for wanting to get tested for mono because there was no “medical reason”. Appalling and despicable service. ANYWHERE else."
