"When I began to attend the samuel clinic, about 15 years ago they had an incredible service. since Mount Sinai took control of the clinic, the services were decreasing and each day worse. I do not recommend to anybody."

"Sometimes you have to jump over a few puddles to get to the swing-set - and before I was referred to Samuels 15 years ago, I "jumped" more than my share of both clinics and private practices and the longest wait time I've experienced on any visit with any of the range of specialists I've seen there has still been shorter than what was considered 'average' in any other facility. Without exception, the medical staff has been the most qualified and compassionate I've dealt with. And I'm not saying I've never had an appointment mis-scheduled, but more often than not, it's been due to some oversight on my part, not theirs. Considering the accuracy required for appropriate handling of the mass amounts of patient information they're responsible for, their success/fail ratio beats the MTA's, (as well as the U.S.P.S. , Fed-Ex and the Starbucks around the corner.) And I can't think of a single instance when I've seen a patient, regardless of how difficult or abusive, treated with anything but respect and courtesy. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"The services they provide are great but the rude ignorant trash at the front desk could use a lesson on how to deal patients. Your attitude shows that you dnt want to be here and we would preferably not have to look at you either. They dnt greet people while waiting in line. They act as if you’re bothering them. Only reason I stay is because I like my doctor and dentist my next review is gonna have their names on it. Someone needs to hand that one lady at the front desk a cleaning wipe to take some of the makeup off that bad bumpy skin ."

"I like the clinique but I called today at 10 am to reschedule my appointments at Samuels, first I waited online for 15 mins (way too long) and your receptionist refused to tell me what are the next dates are available for my doctors then she hung up the phone. I called back and again waisted 9 mins on waiting to lose my patience completely. Pls teach your workers respect."
