"Used newstorm car service today 4 the 1st time, I use multiple cab companies 4 days a week 4 my medical rides and been wanting to settle on just 1 company, newstorm is NOT that company, 4 starters they were 30 minutes late 4 the pickup and i waited over 1 hour 4 return trip home, after being lied to 3 times by the dispatcher I had enough and used my lyft app to go home, lyft 5 minute wait and that exactly how long I waited. So a free ride became $22 ride but no worries because I got reliability!!! Reliability goes a long way!! Newstorm has no idea what reliability is. Keep up the good work newstorm"

"Driver in cab number 94 pulled over to scream at me because I stopped for a school bus with their stop sign out. Pedestrians had to get involved since he was acting like a lunatic. They then proceeded to cut a whole line of cars off at Jewett and Richmond terrace light. His plate is lifted up to avoid cops and lights since he’s driving erratic. Definitely don’t recommend."

"Called a cab for my mother JUST now for her to go to the hospital..... and she wasn't answering her phone. So I called the dispatcher to ask if she got dropped off safely, and he HAS THE AUDACITY TO YELL AND BE RUDE TO ME.... IM A CONSISTENT CUSTOMER WHO USES THIS SERVICE ALL THE TIME. THEY'VE GOTTEN A LOT OF MONEY FROM ME... AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO BE RUDE. ESPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY?!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. GOING TO TRY FINDING ANOTHER SERVICE. NO EXCUSE AND I'VE NEVER ONCE BEEN RUDE TO THEM. THE NERVE. Oh & just to add... I called twice. The 1st time I asked he hung up on me. The 2nd time I called (because she still wasn't answering her phone) that's when he yelled at me, with FORCE. Acting like I was doing something wrong by asking about MY mother in a cab I PAID for. FIX your customer service. This was literally the ONLY cab service I was using.... now i will never call here again. Truly disgusted."

"I for one had a good experience with this car service. They pick you up within 5 to 10 mins like they say and they do/can give you the price up front. Yes at times you may have to share the cab with strangers but this only happens when there are short on drivers. Over all the drives are good and on time."
