"They staged a prank here a year or two ago and it’s disappointing to see how many people believe that the place is biased without having visited. I will just say this: the barbers there are from ALL walks of life. I go there all of the time and can attest that I get great service. "I must say this is a very family-oriented business I've been going there for years ever since they used to have hardwood floors and a basketball theme and the same Hospitality as in the early 2000 & late 90s it's still the same very courteous very respectful barbers always willing to accommodate to the customers needs in order to make a customer feel great after every haircut only one of the few places up in Upper Manhattan that still uses hot towel techniques in order to levitate the dead follicles in your skin , I will recommend these Barbers to anybody that is looking for someone to accommodate their needs and make them feel home in a family oriented business everyone I always recommended there always comes back and always recommend somebody else and they always make somebody else come back I will highly recommend this barber shop"
