"I had an unfortunate experience with Jerm.He arrived 20 minutes late for our appointment. Besides that, after cutting my hair half way, he asked me to allow him to cut 3 peoples hair, then he would finish mine. Unfortunately, I kindly allowed him to cut his other clients' hair because he was late and unprofessional. I hope that the barber can learn from this experience and begin to practice as a professional barber. Jerm has great skills, however, he Jack's insight and integrity in practicing as a barber."
