"Absolutely bizarre experience. Any other company I worked with was able to give me a quote right away. This person spent 15 minutes with me on the phone taking tons of info before telling me that the people handling my policies would be calling me sometime that day. Not to mention, i called at 10am and i was guaranteed to NOT get a call back before 2pm. When I heard absolutely nothing at 430, I called back myself to follow up. I received frazzled excuses and some strange "well....i think your policy was somewhere around $2600 maybe? I dunno....I have to call her and ask her." An astronomical number, btw. After that. STILL no call back. 3 days later i finally got a call with 2 astronomical quotes. 3 other insurances companies all quoted me at $1000 less. I definitely do not suggest this place unless you have a lot of time to waste."
