"This was originally a four-star review, this shop was like any other shop in Brooklyn, and all they were doing was an alignment. Upon completion I was given a printout that said my alignment on my vehicle is inspected and is within spec, and I went on my way to begin a 5000 Mile road trip. Unfortunately due to machine error, or human user error, the alignment was far from spec, and my brand new tires were worn down in the matter of a single road trip. Upon returning to the shop and trying to come up with answers, they were super difficult and short with me. Regularly stopping me whenever I tried to speak and telling me I was wasting his time if I didn't have that printout. The most frustrating part was that they refused to admit any kind of possible fault, when all I really wanted to do was understand how he gave me the completely wrong numbers for my alignment. Especially because those numbers cost me those brand new tires."
"Went here to fix a nail in a tire for a Tesla. The guy there quickly addressed it by plugging the tire. Entire process was like 20 minutes for $25 + tip. I've been driving with the repaired tire for several weeks now and have not encountered any problems."
