"Have always brought my daughter there since she was 2 years old and have never had a problem with them, have even recommended them to some friends before. Today though I was really disappointed. For several weeks they have been constantly calling and sending me text messages offering an appointment for my daughters cleaning. Finally made her an appt for today. We arrived 15 mins before my daughter’s scheduled appointment, I understood it was going to be a bit of a wait. My daughter is normally nervous when she goes to the dentist, and when she’s nervous she does a nervous fake cough. The whole time we were waiting in the lobby she was not coughing. When she was finally called inside and sat in the chair, that’s when her nervous cough started. The tech asked me if other than the cough, if she also has a cold or fever. I explained that it’s a nervous cough, she always does that when she’s at the doctors. He then proceeded to question my daughter if she has a sore throat, fever or cold, to which my daughter answered no to all his questions. He said the doctor may not be comfortable seeing her if she is sick, I understand that but I tried to explain again that she is not sick. After the xray he told to us wait in the front lobby again. After waiting for 45 mins without being called, I inquired with the front desk and she checked inside what the status of my daughter is. She then went back to me and said that the doctor didn’t want to see my daughter because she’s coughing! Then why have us wait again in the lobby again. And if they watch the cctv video, my daughter was not coughing the whole time she’s in the lobby waiting. She only coughs when she’s in the chair and nervous. What irks me most, is they had us wait back in the lobby without the doctor even once seeing my daughter. If I had not inquired we would have still been there. It was a waste of time bringing her there and waiting for 2 hrs. My daughter has always done this nervous cough before whenever she went to the dentist, and it hasn’t caused an issue before with previous staff."

"They are the worst worst doctor worst Nurse Very bad job they do for my kids and they don’t care they only care they call you and they tell you if you don’t come in the appointment we gonna charge $25 but they don’t care if they do the job right for you, they hire the cheapest Doctor they do the job bad, then you go after one month and they told your daughter has the same problem and then insurance doesn’t cover you and you have to pay for it ?so don’t go there"

"I can’t say enough about the quality of the staff at this place. Each time the hygienists and dentists have been wonderful with my daughter (now age 5). Today we had Tareq as our hygienist and he couldn’t make my daughter more comfortable, explaining each step, having her taste the toothpaste for the cleaning, showing her each specific instrument and giving us tips for improvement. Few things more important that good first experiences at the dentist. And they have TV above the dental chair so she can watch - which doesn’t hurt either!"
