"I was here years ago and had a good experience. Decided to drive to the city before my sisters wedding and had the worst experience ever. Not only was I told my design can be done after showing it several times, it was not done and when I questioned this I was told she did not have time. Ridiculous And to make it worse, almost every nail broke off within the first week. I never had nails fall off while I was sleeping. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money."
"I have been coming here over 3 years but the quality has decreased post pandemic. Save your time & money! I had gel extensions with designs. The technician filed all of the nails uneven. Left my thumb lumpy and the other nails thick and very unrealistic looking. Really 90s looking. One of my nails broke while putting on my shirt within one week, the another while showering 2 days later. The top of the nail was wavy (basically the gap from when gel is applied for the extension. $200+ down the drain. Save your money & your time."
