"I brought my 135i bmw to this shop about a year ago and so disappointed in service. It was a 13000 job and they didn't even clean the car or wash it after job completed which took over a month to do. The trunk latch now after a year is not working properly at all and loud sometime doesn't even latch,the advisor said wasnt in the repair but you would need to pay out of pocket which is unacceptable when they replaced the entire truck lid why are they putting on the old latch .Only reason I'm writing this review now is because my father just got into a fender bender and wanted to know how clarkstown was and reminded me to never bring a car to clarkstown collision they are living off their name."
