"I went in to get an oil change, and I was surprised to hear that it cost $100. But I figured they’ll check everything, top everything off, and I’ll be set for several months. My bad I was wrong. They were more worried about trying to sell me a $400 brake job then finishing my oil change service. After I left my coolant was so low that my check engine light came on a couple days later. They didn’t check it or refill it, nor my washer fluid. And then I brought my car to get a second opinion on the brakes, and I didn’t need them done. I have several thousand more miles before I needed brakes done. So the upsell was more important than what they were actually supposed to be doing on my car. You cannot trust the quality of their work, or their opinion on what you need!!"
