"My husband and I each had a routine cleaning done here these past few weeks. I couldn't ask for more at a dentist, the hygienist addressed every issue, gave us both lots of comments/feedback about our oral hygiene, and answered all our questions/concerns. For most doctors I've been to in my life, I've had to be the one to ask a lot of questions to make sure I have a complete understanding of my state of health, so it's nice that here I am automatically given all that information without having to pry it out of someone. I also like that the dentist & hygienist here have a bit of a conservative approach when it comes to dental care; for example, another dentist I've been to told me I need fillings and that I should get my wisdom teeth removed, whereas this one said I have no cavities, just an area of weakened enamel that can remineralize itself if I take proper care of it, and there's no need to "fix" something that isn't broken or causing problems."

"Dr. Ballard is the best. I had a front tooth that chipped in the back and on top. It was very rough. Dr. Ballard filed the rough edge until it was smooth and level and she filled the back of the tooth very carefully. It took about 30-45 minutes and my tooth is as good as new. I highly recommend Ballard Dentistry!"

"Pleasant, clean and friendly office. Front desk was friendly and professional, waiting area was clean with soft music playing. Barely any wait time since I arrived, and was seen by Dr. Ballard herself. She was professional, friendly and very gentle. Did not rush or treat me like just another patient. It was a good experience and I hope to keep her as my dentist for a while. Must say that a plus was also their easy online booking process, where you can fill out all paperwork online and not have to waste time while at the office."

Was taken into the room after no wait at all and set up by the dental assistant who was a pleasure and made sure I was comfortable.
