Before the work is done the head mechanic his name is Eric explains everything that needs to be done so that you understand where your money is going. There is no price gauging, no trying to convince you to do other things that don't need to be done, just an honest explanation of what you have to get done to your car to keep it safe and on the road. I received my car in a wonderful condition and I am very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them.
