"Great store--staff were incredibly patient and always went above and beyond (e.g. would go to the back to see if another size was in stock, would offer to order or ship it out to us, without prompting and answering any questions). I recommend you go during the holidays as almost everything was 50% off or more--a great goose down jacket usually worth $2400+ for nearly $999. Spectacular discount, kind, patient staff and great clothing. Special thanks to Keith Alarie! Deserves a raise."

"I have been shopping at the John Varvatos outlet at Woodbury for over 15 years sometimes the deals are great sometimes the discount is considerably less than what you would find at a retail store during their semi-annual sale. During my most recent visit (last Saturday) I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and the door was already locked and the salesman was counting the cash. When I commented that I thought that the store was open until 8:00 I was given a lot of attitude and treated quite rudely. I know from working in hospitality that once you start closing early people stopped coming towards the end of your opening hours and it becomes a vicious cycle resulting in inevitable lost business."
