"UPDATE 2023-11-26: I'm keeping my original review intact below, but it's worth noting that my coworkers and I ordered lunch from here about a week or so after my review was posted. When we picked up our food I was happily surprised to see that every box was tagged in permanent marker with the flavor of the food contained therein. Never before have we been able to sort out our lunches that quickly. While I can't definitively say that they took my review to heart, it kinda seems that way and I'm hopeful that this practice will be a permanently ongoing thing. I can't say much that hasn't already been said before. The food is excellent, crispy and hot and delicious. I am particularly fond of the Soy Garlic and Galbi boneless thighs which are melt-in-your-mouth exquisite. Onion rings are "okay", nothing special but still tasty. The fried dumplings are excellent and can be a meal by itself. The one sincere complaint I do have, and the reason for the low "service" rating and the missing fifth star overall, is this: They don't label their food. I often order as part of a group (lunch at work) so we'll order several different varieties, and every time we have to spend several minutes figuring out whose chicken is whose. Sure, some of them are obvious but a lot of them are not; I challenge anyone to discern between Secret Spicy, Hot Spicy, and Spicy Galbi based on sight and smell alone. To me, this just reeks of laziness on behalf of the restaurant. Literally all they need to do is keep a permanent marker next to the packing station and write the contents on each box. If every other restaurant can do this, why can't they? Once they start marking the boxes with the contents I'll happily bump this to five stars, but until then....."

"This is one of the best Korean fried chicken places in New Jersey. The chicken is made to order, extremely fresh and flavorful. I got a full chicken with the secret spicy sauce, radishes, and the waffle fries – both were delicious, and the pickled radishes were crisp. The only negative is that I wish they would offer all their sauces options for the whole chicken. Will definitely go back and try the other sauces."

"My favorite Korean fried chicken in the Edison area. The sauces are amazing and so addictive! We always get the boneless wings - soy garlic and spicy galbi. Seriously, get the soy garlic, it’s finger licking delicious. Remember to ask for radish because they don’t give it to you if you don’t ask for it."

"Called in my oder as I left work. Friday around 3:40pm. (For anyone like me with poor Korean, no worries-the staff was fluent in English) 25 minutes later, I got there to pick up and it was being bagged (perfect timing) Then I drove home (1 hour commute).. With all that considered: 1. Pickup was easy. The food court is sorta hidden in the far corner of Lotte Market. Just follow the line of cash registers and you'll find the food court sign. 2. Chicken packaging was great. Stayed warm the whole time, nothing spilled or leaked. 3. Chicken was fried nicely and meat really fell off the bone. Secret spicy sauce was good, not too spicy with a little sweetness. Their hot spicy sauce was crazy spicy for me though, so be prepared."

"Super good chicken. Love it every time, always call before going since it takes about 20 minutes for them to make it fresh. With/out bones both good, and the non spicy are good for me since I can't handle it. Cup Bob is a bit pricey seeing the amount they give. So good though. But chicken itself is filling, they do half sauces if you buy at least 20 pieces."
