"What happened to the generous slice? I have always been a customer and always appreciate the store, despite the currently high prices, the portion served was generous, which did not happen this last time when a very small slice of cheesecake was served, practically half the size. please don't let the generous portion spirit get lost."

"We were seated fairly quickly and service with a smile. We visited twice so we tried a variety of things. Tried the Thai chili shrimp, avocado and beet salad & crispy brussel sprouts. We had two great pastas farfalle with chicken & garlic and pasta carbonara. They were excellent! On a second visit tried Jambalaya Hash & Eggs & Monti Cristo.Every dish was as described and very well prepared. Not to mention their cheesecakes are incredible. Nice decor and very good dishes so well worth repeat visits."

"I was so hungry after a business meeting and looking for a place to eat a nice meal. Since I was near the Edison area, I stopped at the Cheesecake Factory at Menlo Park Mall. As soon as I sat down at the bar, the bartender greeted and asked about my drink. The drink, bread and butter came out very quickly. He checked up on me several times during my lunch. Usually this place is historically busy. So glad that I went during a slow moment."

"We have not been here in a long time. We had a waiter named JR, ALL waiters should take lessons from this gentlemen. He was kind, courteous, polite, attentive, etc etc. He made out experience, that much better. We had the avocado eggrolls for apps, yum. I changed up my normal dinner request and ordered the Thai chicken, it was delicious and a little bit of spice. My husband had the steak, also had no complaints. For desert, my hubby had snickers cheesecake and I had the Cinnabon. If you ever want to try the Cinnabon, try it!! It was delicious! Overall we had a lovely night with good food. It was a Weds at 700 so we only had to wait about 10 minutes but I know it's a lot linger on weekends. Overall, 5 stars! Keep up the great work JR and Cheesecake give that man a raise!"

"It was my first time at Cheesecake Factory having dinner! Everything was great, I really enjoyed the food, and the drinks, and the atmosphere. We had to have a bit of a wait to be seated, because there was no hostess around. But then we asked for the booth and the hostess gladly gave it to us! Our server Elizabeth L was really nice and did a great job getting food on the table quickly. We came towards closing time, it seems like the stuff really wanted to go home at that point. So getting a dessert was a bit of an issue, but the Oreo cheesecake was worth the argument. Overall, a great experience, nevertheless I hope costumer service can be improved!"
