Shake Shack Menlo Park

"Decided to try Shake Shack because I have eaten at the NYC locations many times. Whoever designed the parking lot should be shot as there isn't enough room to turn your car if another car is coming. The outside sitting area has metal tables and chairs that are cute which will be great during Spring/Summer. Overall it is extremely clean which is appreciated. I ordered using the kiosk because I didn't know I could order from the front & nobody said anything to me. I ordered just two burgers because of the city pricing and it came out to $21. The employees gave me my food in a brown bag, but they didn't put any kind of anything on top to keep the heat inside so by the time I got home they were barely warm. The burger tasted good but it was average. I think I got a better burger at Wendy's. The prices are extreme for NJ and would suggest weekend promos to attract customers."

"We walked up to the order counter and not one employee acknowledged us or spoke or stated they would be right with us the first few minutes of us standing there I guess these days people just don’t have good service or people skills. The atmosphere was nice clean for the most part the tables were dirty like they haven’t been wiped in a while. They didn’t have anyone cleaning up the dining area every table had crumbs on it the food is good I just dont care for them not making the burgers combos I only ate here cuz my sister and her boyfriend wanted to stop n grab food The fries were plain as hell I ain’t really care for it I feel like back then the food was good now it’s just something to eat then the manager red head guy just put our food to the side didn’t call our name or anything bad service and he looked like he hates his job do better i won’t be back only put 1 star cuz the building was nice"

"Everything is very ok. The burger was so greasy the bottom bun was literally saturated with grease, but I liked the choice of bread. Fried onions on the burger were worth it. Fries are only ok even with the extra seasoning."

"This is my second time having Shake Shack but first time at this location. This location was clean, every table was spotless with no trash left behind. The floors were clean and not sticky, like some fast food restaurants. The Shake shack burger is one of the best, crispy edges on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries are nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned. Next time I will try the vegetarian burger. Lastly, the staff were great, 4 different workers greeted me as I was coming and as I was leaving. Great customer service."

"Convenient location that offers a variety of burgers and shakes. What I enjoyed most is the outdoor seating that includes ceiling fans to keep customers cool. My vanilla shake met my expectations. For the amount I paid I feel that the portions should be larger. Nonetheless the quality was acceptable. I would return to this establishment. 9.5/10"
