"Pros: One of the branches of the famous pizza chain Papa John's in New York. The workers are kind and friendly. Multiple choices can be made from the menu options. The taste is very delicious, as usual, fresh and distinctive. Prices are very acceptable for the quality. The branch is in a special location in Manhattan. There's no delay in delivery or pickup. Overall rating is 08/10. Cons: There's no dining area in the branch. Otherwise can't complain."

"Sometimes, they give bad orders. The disappointment is that I've ordered mozzarella sticks & orange soda...but gave me pie mozzarella & Pepsi instead, which I don't like. Can ya do better?"

"I was totally shocked when i saw the pizza arrived. it was cold and all messed up and literally it wasn't a pizza any more. I usually understand if the shape of pizza does not seem as it should do because sometimes things are happened and delivery guys are not delivering only my food but this one…unacceptable. I couldn't even touch it cause it looked like someone kneaded it. Papa John's, if you guys don't want to deliver your food to places more than 50 blocks away, just don't list your restaruants for customers in those areas. Tonight my favorite pizza restaurant became the worst and undesirable one."
