"Today, I experienced the most disgusting shopping experience of my life. It was Sunday afternoon around 4PM . The store was not crowded and customers were steadily coming out of the exit. Despite this, the staff refused to let queued customers enter the store. Because I was at the front of the line, I opened the door slightly to ask the staff how much longer the wait would be. A staff member rudely snapped at me "Get AWAY!" The service I received from your store today was unacceptable."
"The store manager on the Christmas Eve 2022 (sorry I do not know his name!) was very kind and helpful. He is amazing! However, the store assistant Melissa on Christmas Eve 2022 was very rude and provided unpleasant experience, which ruined our family's Christmas. I would highly recommend to re-evaluate her postion and better educate her to improve her ability to better serve customers."

"It is a very well decorated store and is very warm toned. The associates were very helpful, suggestive and striked great conversation. The management was more than willing to try to meet my needs and find my items offsite if they were available. Will definitely go back again!"
