"If you've ever watched the scene in the shop in "Pretty Woman", then you know how I was made to feel when my clothing, mostly classic pieces from Chico's and very lightly worn, was returned without comment and without even an effort at selling. I have friends, very nicely dressed, who say that they are treated by the owner in a very unfriendly manner. I can't say that the clothing that is there is all that special; I have rarely found anything that I would want. We will go elsewhere."
