"If I could give Rio & Co more than 5 stars I would! I recently came in with a friend when she needed some outfits for a show she was performing in. I had zero intention of shopping for myself until I walked in. There were options for every possible event as well as so many accessories, shoes, and jewelry. I loved the taste & style of the clothes which is usually rare for me. The owner herself, Sylvia & saleswoman, Lisa greeted us and immediately went to work picking the perfect items for my friend. They picked me out a dress and I ended up trying it on which I normally wouldn’t have had the courage to do. I LOVED it! The ladies made me feel so comfortable and confident. I appreciated their honesty and it was crazy how they immediately knew what would fit me best. You can tell Sylvia loves what she does! She was confident and her eye for style was spot on! I am not really a major shopper but you can guarantee when I need clothes, I am coming here!"

"I visited this store with my daughter who recently moved to Warwick. The store owner Sylvia definitely has an eye for fashion. She knows what would look good on you just from pulling clothes off the rack. The store is filled with clothing from young to (mature woman Like Me) This was the first time I have ever gone into a Boutique that I purchased several items and everything I put on I loved and fit me perfectly !! She also has great accessories and her prices are very good. The store is displayed well and nicely decorated, very comfortable to shop or browse. I will definitely visit here again and make it my go to place to check out her latest inventory. I would advise all the locals to stop in... you won't be disappointed ! "Shop Local…Rio + co is a Wonderful Addition to Warwick’s Downtown. The store is always clean & merchandised so well featuring something new every time I stop in. The Owner & Staff are warm, friendly and go above and beyond to help style me and are honest when something doesn’t fit or look right … which I appreciate! They also have a seating area in the back which my husband appreciates so when he comes with me he has a place! Lol Check out this Shop…. You will not be disappointed!"

The store is always neat and clean the people working are always nice and very helpful and the clothes are very good quality. I love having a store like this in Warwick as I don’t think there’s anything else like it here yet. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. It is very worth it."

"I have no intention of shopping at a store whose website features the following comment about why the founder of Rio & Company opened a store in my hometown of Warwick, New York: "Sylvia noticed there was a big lack in the fashion scene here [Warwick] and made it her mission to make on-trend styles instantly accessible." Really?! A "big lack in the fashion scene"? Fact check: residents of our beautiful Warwick Valley have dressed impeccably since time immemorial. My late husband's maternal family, the Ashleys--one of the last of the "mountain families" of the Cascade Road and Bellvale areas--were, despite their financial challenges, attired in the finest sartorial splendor their means afforded and carried whatever fashion they sported with confidence and dignity. From satin dresses on the many impeccably coiffed Ashley sisters to the Sunday best suits on the broad-shouldered, hard-work-carved Ashley brothers, those people understood fashion as an expression of pride in one's body, one's being, one's presentation to the community and to the world. My earliest recollections of Warwick are populated by men and women who procured fashion from the Warwick department store Gilvan's on Main Street, from boho boutiques in nearby Sugarloaf, from the Craft Barn in nearby Florida, or even, yes, from thrift stores and yard sales. Wherever their clothes were sourced, these people knew well how to curate their purchases into inimitable personal style. In recent years Warwick stores such as Style Counsel and BFree have provided a varied and voluminous cornucopia of classic and trendy styles for their discerning clientele. I admire the elegance of the Rio & Company store on Spring Street, but as a lifetime resident and loyal supporter of Warwick and its history, I will shop elsewhere."
