"Eddie has the worst customer service ever. He is rude and does not care to c orrect an issue from a customer. I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral of a friend's mother that I have known for over 50 years. I ordered it in Florida for services in Virginia. I had ordered an $85 dish garden with pink and white carnations to be added. No flowers were added. He also put the wrong last name on the plain white folded piece of paper. The card was supposed to read from "Richard and Kathi Holcomb". Instead he typed in "Richard and Kathi Ho". I went to my local florist to report the issue. They called Eddie to report the problem. His comment was " What do you expect? I lost money on this arrangement! What do they want, a couple of pennies for the wrong spelling of their name? I did not put carnations in it because I didn't have any on hand. I put other flowers in it." He then kept hollering at the Florist Manager and hung up on her. I called him after that and was told he added a pink ribbon in place of the flowers. Then he started hollering at me, telling me I needed to take it up with my florist. I told him I had and they tried to call him to resolve the issue. He then hung up on before I could even mention the wrong name on the "card". He said he didn't have to put up with this. I would not recommend Flowers by Eddie to anyone. This man has no sense of customer service!"
