"Colonial Pembroke Apt are roomy enough if you don't mind music blaring until late at night, Black Mold(pictures added), water causing the ceiling falling in in your bathroom and hall, my bathroom shower wall is collapsing in( maintenance man said it was a poor job by and I quote" the broad that repaired it didn't know what she was doing" her patch was great the wall is collapsing a foot away. Make sure you get anything Robyn tells you in writing or she will tell the main office what she wants. Oh I almost forgot the mice and the roaches, bug man has only been here once in two years."
