"The location is great, and the building is newer & clean. All of downtown Hampton has free public parking, it’s nothing new. They let us know about parking when I toured last week."
"The community is nice but parking is terrible. If you can’t park on-site then you have to take walk to the nearest parking lot and it’s not clear which lots are all day parking. The best spot off-site parking is the parking garage but it’s still pretty inconvenient. Another issue is on the weekends there are live bands that play at the local restaurants. It’s pretty annoying to try to fall asleep while they’re playing and they play until about 2 AM. A plus side however is for rent is fairly low so that’s nice."
