And I appreciate Jeff I think his name is lol he is awesome I cried when I got home because he took his time with me treated my son well. When I walk in everyone greats me like I'm family.. wow the count down starts now. I highly recommend sunset Creek apartments Update I love my apartment everything is beautiful. update ....My complaint are the amount of walking to get to the dumpster"

"Good afternoon! I'd like to make a complaint against Wanda Monroe, Community Manager at Sunset Creek Apartment Homes. When I received this letter on my door threatening me stated: Pease keep in mind. That if this continues she will give me 21/30 if not you will need to vacate the home for disturbing the peace and right of others. They said I keep contacting the rental office and calling the Hampton Police Division on the resident living above me when a kid walk and play around. That's wasn't happen I never contact the rental office; but someone calling the Hampton Police Division for me when the police officers comes to the resident's home on the weekend due to loud banging, stomping, drop heavy items sound like heard of elephant gonna come through the ceiling they doing all kinds of crazy stuff make you jump but I had to deal with this every single day since March 2023 and no one should not live like this. I call The Franklin Johnston Group Corporate office and left a massage on 06/27/2023 pertain to this matter didn't get any response. Can you please help me with a stressful situation it need to be address. Sincerely, Citizen Criminal Investigation"

"Update 4 months later!!! THE RENT WENT UP AGAIN!!!!!!! WE STARTED OUT PAYING$1090 2 years later our rent is now $1414!!!! Isnt this supposed to be income based housing!!! Never would I have thought that when I moved in here in 2021 that I’d be paying $1400 for an apartment where I can hear my neighbors arguments, intimate moments, and them beating their kids. Everyday at 4am I hear the people outside starting their cars. Not to mention, I live on the 3rd floor! I guess after they built the first set of apartment with bricks they built the rest with sticks. I thought this was income based housing?"

"Just moved in about a week and a half ago and I loveeeeeeeee the apartment itself. I would have given more stars if it weren’t for the parking. With the amount you pay out here there should be assigned parking and more visitor parks (clearly written). Also I think I inherited the neighbor from hell downstairs who thinks that a toddler walking is considered loud noise. Other than that these are beautiful apartments with a lot of space."

"Recently moved in to Sunset Creek apartments. Martina and Raz were awesome from the day I walked in to inquire about renting. They were both professional courteous and ready to answer any questions I had. My apartment is beautiful and was cleaned from top to bottom. There was a few things that needed to be addressed and they jumped right on it. I am very pleased at this time . I would recommend anyone looking for a nice affordable apartment to give them a try ( ^:"
