"When I applied to live here my credit wasn't the greatest and I was afraid of losing money for another credit check and application fee.I told Ms. Glenda who works in the office about my previous situations and she comforted me about my previous issues. She made me feel like family and assured me that she will do all that she can to make me a resident here. Well, I'm officially a resident now. I have been since last October and I'm so grateful for Ms. Glenda and her entire team. They are great. Thank you so much Peninsula Grove for giving me a wonderful apartment ."

"The very first time I stepped into the office I felt welcomed. I first met with Heather who was a great help she took me on a tour of the apartment and it was an awesome experience. I then met with Glenda who called me and advised that I was approved for the apartment. Glenda was very welcoming and was very knowledgeable of everything I asked. Finally I met with Temple, oh my goodness she had me in tears because she understood why I was doing what I was doing . She was so encouraging and respectful. She took the load off my shoulders. I met with Casey as well that was only filling in but when I say I felt free to talk with her and Temple I did these are some amazing women to help you if you’re searching for an apartment, I would recommend them to anyone."

"This complex was my first on my own back in 2018. I stayed roughly two years had no issues, the staff communicated very well and did everything they could to resolve an issue as long as I communicated it effectively. Years later and I have come back. The level of customer service hasn’t changed. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or had to worry about safety, I’ve personally haven’t experienced any pest issues. Sure the exterior might not be the prettiest and the interior of the units tell their own story of change, but for the rates they have, I can say anybody looking for a roof over their head would be content compared to some other places in the area."

""My experience has been great so far the ladies at the leasing center are very helpful and provided great customer service. I put in a ticket for maintenance and the issues was resolved in a timely manner. My unit washer and dryer was put in but the door could barely open. The only negative is the garbage by the dumpsters is always a mess."
