"I read the reviews before coming here,in July '21--been over a year now and I am still GLAD & GRATEFUL to be here, I LOVE IT!! The location, management and maintainence are all a God send!! Any issues are remedied EXPEDITIOUSLY, always w/ respect and care. When I say issues, it' s been replacements mostly--several major (H-VAC, Tank) but not one attempt to do anything but accommodate to my benefit. I was shocked, not having to argue or wait to get done! It has been and continues to be A BLESSING!! Oh, did I forget to say they are townhouses and VERY REASONABLY PRICED? ANOTHER BLESSING!! Intend to stay as long as God allows..He helped me find it!! I highly recommend!!"
"This is the absolute worst place I’ve lived. I’ve never seen anything like it. People have no respect here. Loud music, people smoking marijuana right on their porches!! Visitors parking in resident parking!! The leasing office don’t seem to do anything about problems! Also too many inspections! At one point they was coming in every week thats too much! People that are out here have pit bull dogs, I thought to have a pet it has to be a note from the MD stating companion. I’m pretty sure pit bull dogs aren’t allowed here, dog unleashed and my son is terrified!"
"I have been here for over a year and I have seen amazing things since new management has taken over. Ms Stephanie and Mr. Rashad have done an amazing job maintaining the property. These 2 are the realest property managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The respect me and treat me like family and not just a resident."
"I've been here since May 2016 and there were 3 different property managements that took over. It was so bad I wasn't gonna renew my lease. Until Ms Stephanie and Mr. Rashad came things have gotten better. They are the reason I renewed my lease for another year. Now maintenance issues are getting taking care of. The Woods of Yorktown now feels like a home for me and my kids. My kids come by the office and speaks to them everyday they really love you guys. I am glad they are here. They have really helped me out here."
