"Staff is very rude. I’m not sure why CHP does not make it a priority to have more professional staff. There are people out here who are skilled enough to do the task and can maintain a positive attitude, right?"

"Incredibly rude. The management office told me they don't keep a number system of their waiting list, so they can't tell me how many people are waiting to get into the apartments. Um, wut? You have no knowledge of how many applications that are currently waiting? Does that mean you don't keep track of them? I called two other Community Housing Partner complexes who gave me exact numbers immediately when I called. They went even further to give me helpful explanations. One said that even though they currently have 10 people on the waiting list, usually the first 5 or so they call move quickly off the list as they've already found something else. (See how helpful and easy that is?) AND she was rude about it. Like my expectations to find out easy information was unreasonable. CHP needs to find better people to run this property."

"The only thing good I like is the size and the price but other then that they are rude at times when you call or come in to place a repair order or make a complaint. The neighbors surrounding you are disrespectful of others always partying or fighting at all times of the night. The respective ones have to always call the police on the disrespectful ones who don’t respect quiet time. You come home your apartment always smells like weed and when they know who is doing it management still does nothing about it. Can not wait until my lease is up"

"This rating is for customer service, as I do not rent with Yorktown Square currently. I emailed them with a few questions about contacting their office and received a reply from a property manager within a half hour of emailing them. I hope that they are as easy to work with as they are to contact! Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!"
