"I had been having bad luck finding someone to walk our dogs mid-day. I had contacted larger services , but they did not have anyone available. I really wanted to deal with one person instead of an agency sending out someone I had never met and keeping my door code on file. Thankfully, I found Susan at Friend of a Friend Pet Care. She was able to come out at a time convenient to me to meet our family. The moment I opened the door I noticed that Susan had a calm demeanor, and the dogs loved her right away. Luna loves everyone, but sometimes she can be distracted, but she was very interested in Susan. Ginny can be iffy with some humans, but she also loved Susan right away. The big test was Lefty, the cat, who is very selective with humans. When I was showing Susan how to refresh Lefty's food, Lefty came to Susan and sniffed her and allowed her to pet him, usually he is not so fast to warm to someone new. After I gave Susan all of the information I could think of she asked some very good questions I had not thought of. She showed me her insurance and left me with a form to fill out. She was also reasonable about the pricing, and was able to customize her service for us. Susan has been taking care of them for a couple of weeks now. She has been very reliable. She texts me after walking them and lets me know how they did. It is great to have complete confidence in someone taking care of family members who cannot tell me if anything goes wrong. I highly recommend Friend of a Friend Pet Care."
