"Would have been nice to have been told the phone line was diverted to Shirlington and that this location isn’t open when I called about a birthday cake. I’m not sure if they mentioned Shirlington (might have been in the greeting message) when they picked up the first call but that was what I was told when I called back after failing to find the store. It would have been helpful to have emphasized that the cakes are only available at the Shirlington location."

"I am very particular when it comes to my million dollar dog. Only the best for her and I found the best in Grace at Dogma. I love that they don’t crate the dogs and only allow who’s being pampered to be in the store. The location is great. I can drop Sammie off then go hang out in the plaza while she’s there. Grace does a phenomenal job and is extremely detail oriented. We are so happy to have found her."

"THE BEST..EVER- I've been to multiple groomers over the years and am very particular about who I trust my shih-tzu with. I went to the Reston location (after doing research trying to find a trustworthy establishment for 2 months) and Grace is absolutely amazing!! She not only did the most phenomenal job I've ever seen, especially considering how matted my poor guy was, but paid close attention to how my dog was feeling throughout the grooming process..she took her time ensuring he was comfortable and taken care of even if that meant her staying late! Dogma actually cares, goes above and beyond.. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I'll never go anywhere else."
