"I want to start by saying that Ashley the Office Manager always provides great customer service. She is always pleasant and extremely welcoming and takes the time to offer assistance when needed. The apartments are in a great location and perfect for my husband and I. There is a playground with a track that sits right out the back of my apartment which is perfect for my grandchildren. The residence are pleasant which definitely makes it feel like home."

"Neighborhood itself is Kool! And the apartments are just enough for a family starting out with a playground and park with a track and it has Wi-Fi and a picnic area! BUT that's not enough to make up for the high rent and the steadily increasing monthly garbage disposal fee added in the rent, and yes its a late fee penalty for that too plus court costs!"
"Rats and roaches. Residents throw trash around apartments entrance way. Young and old people. Not worth ,$1165."
"Apartment is nice but I have been here for almost a month & yet to move living room & dining room furniture in due to roaches in apartment. We asked multiple times before signing lease if this unit had any reported bug or rodent problem and was assured there wasn’t any. I find that very hard to believe that no one including maintenance ever noticed a problem. Speaking of maintenance, I have reported a clogged tub and have been told someone will come in to fix it and a week later still no one has come although I was given day & time they were suppose to fix it. Office attendant seems nice however, I do not have the time or energy to constantly contact staff to address my issues and concerns that have been reported to them on multiple occasions."
