"If I could give 212-214 Henry Clay rd zero stars, I would. The landlord loves to take up for the girl in apartment 212 1B. She has a huge criminal background and the landlord stated he wanted tenants with no felonies. Well she has plenty of them. Not to mention she hacked into our Wi-Fi with a splitter she claimed Xfinity put on there, I have camera footage of it. After she hacked into our Wi-Fi, her and all the men she has going over there turned off the camera looking at my car while they vandalized my car. The landlord after I told him all of this, took a picture of the splitter, told me the person that told me about her background was fing lying (I looked it up myself after I was told, it was all true), then the next day gave us a non-renewal on our lease. My hope is that future tenants see this and are warned. Our apartment also had black mold, a sinking floor and other issues that he refused to fix. It always seemed like an issue to him when I went to him about any issues. He also would lecture me like it was all my fault. He and the rest of the terrible people should be in trouble for what they do. The world we live in now doesn’t care until it happens to them."
