"This room was so dirty, it was disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mildew , around the bottomed of the toilet had not been cleaned in months it was black and mildew. The floors were filthy after taking a shower we had to was our feet again before putting our shoes on. The beds were like sleeping on a table top. Will never stay there again or recommend anyone stay there."

"The guy at desk give us wrong room...then he changed it..lock on door inside room was way loose screws and missing screws. Floor was dirty sand all over..shower curtains had lots of mold on it..over all it was just nasty...bed was hard and lumpy"

"DO NOT BOTHER STAYING HERE. QUALITY INN A BLOCK OVER IS THE SAME PRICE WITH 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROOMS. We've stayed here with my work company 2 times. Both times had major issues. The first stay, our room had no AC with its 100+ outside. The blankets and comforters were extremely stained and dirty. The bath tub had all kinds of hair and mildew in it and omly provided cold water. The curtains were falling off the windows and the door was unsecured. The TV nor phone worked. I sucked it up and figured it was a one time deal. Boy, was I wrong. ( room 244) The second time I was given room 130. The wall in the bedroom opposite the shower was literally falling apart from water damage and there was mold covering everything. The mold was on the wall, on the mirror near the bathroom. On the window near the door. On the sink and toilet. On the tub. On the tv. I mean, everywhere. I went back to reception to try to get the room moved and tried showing the attendant "Sammy" who gave me the worst attitude when I tried showing him the pictures. He would blatantly ignore the fact I was trying to even show him something and disregard everything I'd say to him. His excuse was "he's working." He didn't show any care in the world about the fact that he rented a completely moldy, unsanitary, unhealthy room. He changed me to room 232, which had no AC (its summer. It was 108 today with humidity). There were bugs all over the bathroom. The faculty to the tub was falling off. There was no latch for the door to secure it. The phone didn't work. The bed was covered in dirt and hair as was the bathroom floor and there were cigarette ashes all over the toilet seat. This was in a non smoking room. My work crew quickly left to the quality inn across town. I'm not one who easily complains, but this hotel is UNSANITARY. The health department should really look into it. Just to add, I have detailed pictures and videos of all of this. We will NEVER stay here again."

"I showed up after 11pm and the front desk host had a vacancy for me and my 3 cats. He was pleasant and accomidating. The room was Big, very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. With a fridge/freezer !"
