"I lived at Fox for two years and had a great experience! Maintenance is on-site so they usually come out within 24 hours, the gym is small but has everything you need, and the office staff is very nice. As long as you pay your rent and don't trash the place you will have no issues living here."

"The “landlord”/ building manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met. They evict people out of their apartments without giving them a 30 day time frame to move out, instead only giving us two weeks but then went back and dated the eviction letter for two weeks before they gave it to us to make it look like they gave us a full 30 days when they did not. Absolutely terrible, they are just heartless money hungry owners. And the buildings are awful, roaches in the kitchen, and went almost the whole summer in 90 degree weather with a broken AC that matenience was called for multiple times and never fixed. Do not live here, it’s not worth the money"
"One of the worst places you can live. The home itself is not bad but the management is the worst I have ever encountered. It is truly astonishing as to how clueless the people working at the leasing office are. How they handle parking and treat their residents is some of the worst I have encountered. I strongly advise you to not live here solely because of how immature, unorganized, and unhelpful the people at the leasing office are."
