"Do not live in the Reserve. I had initially deposited $1,260. After my lease was completed, they only returned $460. Imagine, they charged me over $800 for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom even though they were clean; I never had pets and my apartment was in great condition. This is very disappointing."
"10//10 I would recommend the Reserve at Stone Port. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues. Great amenities: clubhouse with pool table and ping pong table, theater, and swimming pool. Trash butler, garages, and car wash port. Fun monthly events for the family. Very pleased with our short but sweet stay. Shout out to Amy, Tanner, Kaitlynn, and team. They took amazing care of us and flexible to work with us when we were delayed with our new home build. Thank you!!!"
"The apartment is great, staff extremely helpful, maintenance goes above and beyond. My one wish: an assigned parking space In front of my building. I would love to not have to walk so far at times when I have groceries or after dark."
