"I’ve been living here for over a year now and it’s been a negative experience since the very beginning. Inconsistent “pest inspections” which contribute to a worsening pest problem. Every time I contact the leasing office to resolve an issue I’m made to feel like I’m being difficult or asking too much. They’re pouring a lot of energy into doing renovations to the building right now which is awesome, however, in the process of doing it, they’re making it an unlivable environment for people who currently live here. It’s great that they’re working on new siding for the building. However when I work evenings, being woken up at 7am sharp Monday-Saturday makes it impossible to sleep, and when I reached out to them about it, I’m always greeted with a passive aggressive text with 0 understanding. I don’t understand the point of paying rent for a building when I have to consistently hound them about resolving maintenance issues before anyone shows up, and I get to constantly be made to feel like I’m being overly demanding. I’ve had to leave my own apartment multiple times to sleep somewhere else because of them doing renovations for the building early in the morning Monday-Saturday. What’s the point of paying for an apartment I can barely sleep in? It’s not good for anyone’s health to barely get sleep and have to live in poor conditions, with rude management, whose idea of being helpful is being passive aggressive over text and failing to see from their tenant’s perspective."
