"How much is a 1 bedroom?"
"Ripped up flowers that had been growing for 4+ years and flowers we just planted (over $45 worth) No warning so we could pot them beforehand. They took the bench away. No wind chimes allowed, no decorations in the windows.....nothing that makes people happy.....It's almost like they want to take away any joy these people have so they'll die sooner and get out so they can have their next tennant. Also, this place is primarily elderly and disabled, but instead of filling in a HUGE ditch, making the front door of 5 people accessible, you have to park and walk, which isn't easy for someone elderly/disabled."
"Is this placed based on income ?"
"Its a beautiful complex for the elderly but the manager is very strict its horrible. She is constantly pulling out the flowers from everyone's garden bed saying and i quote "it looks like a jungle" taking out everything they have outside for decoration. Even there tables and chairs for outside. If it where in the lease that you cant have those things I'd understand. But it's no where on the lease. Honestly i think it's a racial discrimination thing that's going on there. Because she has only been doing this to the elderly with color. I'm a health aid and she has done this not once, but twice already to my client. Those flowers came out my clients pocket not hers, or else thatd be a different story."
