"I’ve been here since Sept 7, 2022. I can honestly say the entire process of showing me my unit to the business transactions have been exceptional. I’ve had to call for service a couple times and the response was prompt with follow up phone call from their great maintenance guy. The housekeeping is immaculate too. I’ve been over to the office a few times with questions and all of the office staff were extremely polite, professional and a joy to visit with. Mary is awesome and none better than Westi. I’m happy to be here and I feel like I’m in a resort community. From my 4th floor in building one I can view the mountains and sunset from my deck. Im grateful for the care I’ve been shown. I enjoy visiting the ladies in the office just to say hi. Thanks ladies for all you do. I appreciate your kindness and care. God Bless. Carroll Fuller"

"Hello everyone! Today I want to talk a little bit about the Madison apartment complex where I live. It is a calm and peaceful place. Kitchen is amazing and new, which is very important to me. However, I must admit that the acoustics are not the best, as you can hear quite a bit of what's happening in the neighboring apartment. Therefore, I would give a rating of 3 stars for this characteristic. Overall, the apartment complex is great, but I miss having a sports court or tennis court. I believe many residents would enjoy having this leisure option available without having to leave the complex. That's why I give 4 stars to the other characteristics of the place. Anyway, I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a calm and safe place to live, but if you're someone who enjoys playing sports, you may miss having a court available on the premises. "My husband and I have lived in Madison Village for months now and absolutely love it here. The owners and staff are very accommodating and are always available to assist you in anything you may need. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. Dogs are welcome and loved by the office staff. If you are looking for a safe, beautiful and professionally owned apartment complex, Madison Village is the perfect place for you."

"Madison Village has been a wonderful community to live at and be a part of. The community is quiet, private and the residents here are so friendly! The staff is super friendly and fantastic! They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and always at the clubhouse to answer any questions. There is also a cleaning team that keeps the inside of the building clean throughout the week. The community hosts two dog parks, a pool and plenty of walking areas that are lit up at night. Madison Village was my first apartment and it was perfect, my husband and I will be moving into a house soon and I will actually really miss living in this community! We love it here!!"

"I'm not sure how to start this review, other than saying we were residents of Madison Village Apartments for about 9 months, before we chose to pay our fee to end the lease early and move out. Instead of a long written out review, I'm going to make it easy on you potential renters in a pros and cons list below. Also please note that the majority of "positive" reviews are from people that either do not live there yet, or have no written review, just a rating. Pros: Nice dog park areas Safe feeling neighborhood and buildings Maintenance staff are all amazing and friendly The staff that is not management is very friendly Cons: Management was terrible on many occasions, and regularly left you hanging for an answer for days if not weeks at times (unless you followed up 3-4 times yourself.) Let us move into an apartment with broken A/C (90 degree weather - apartment was in the 90s inside) Told us if it was not working to call their emergency number, then left for the weekend. Called their emergency number multiple times, left multiple voicemails, didn't hear back from them until a few days later. They will not open the pool unless they have somebody to sit there and make sure you are not bringing in guests (they make you pay for guest access, and will not allow you to use it unless somebody is there.) The pool was closed on very hot sunny days on multiple occasions, but they would not open it because there was not someone to make sure you were not bringing in guests. Told us that they had contacted us back about maintenance requests when they hadn't, when asked to confirm what email it was sent to we received no response. It is very rare that they will answer the phone when calling. It is nearly impossible to get them on the phone, unless you leave a message and wait for a call back. Maintenance regularly complained to us that Madison Village does things as cheap as possible, which puts them in a bad position. Lastly, a month after we had moved out, paid our early move out fee, received our security deposit back, etc. they sent a casual group text message to us, and another number saying that if we do not pay our rent by Saturday they will evict us. Yes, a month after we had already moved out. They still were charging us, and posted a full $1630 rent bill to our account. When I did connect with them they said it was a different person with my name they were evicting, and it was sent in error. I know there are not many options in Winchester, but from my own experience, as well as what many other residents shared with us during our time there, this should not be your first choice. The management was rude at times, and not professional during most interactions. I have lived in a handful of apartment complexes now, and this by far was the worst experience we have had."
