"These people are the biggest waste of time imaginable, when we moved into the apartment in July 2022 things were great there, shortly after new management took over and the property went downhill FAST! From maintenance coming into to fix items, and complaining that my jacket fell off the back of the recliner and wasn’t a safe walking area, to then allow teenage kids from the neighborhood over come and play in the pool at 3AM, unbothered in the office of this. We move out in July 2023 and clean out the entire apartment, and paid $250 for the express clean out which we were told by the office personnel that the carpets were covered, EVEN STAINS! We opted for that, and still cleaned the entire apartment. When we got everything moved out and entire the moving truck there was 2 trash bags I couldn’t physically lift, so I told the office personnel those were up there and if it was a issue I would get them down somehow (we were on the 3rd floor) she stated all was good and no charges would be made and maintenance would remove them, well a few months later I get a bill in the mail for $172 for trash removal and stain removal in the carpet! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! Do not stay here, do yourself a favor and stay away from here."

"I had a very bad experience with them just as an applicant. At the beginning when I went there I was very optimistic but when we had some problems with employment verification and income, they were not flexible . And when I went to their office with my wife to discuss this, we had the worst meeting ever as they didn’t welcome us, they were unsmiling and the manager kept talking and didn’t give us the chance to talk and she interrupted us when we tried to talk. Then the other employee said “the apartment has been already rented”. Also the manager said “ I don’t want to lose my job”. I want to tell you that of course I don’t want you to lose your job but treating people rudely is the thing that should makes you lose your job. I don’t advise anyone to go there."

"Been here for almost a year, my family and i love it! Management is very nice, they’re always there to answer any questions and respond in a timely manner. Maintenance is pretty fast they usually come within a day to fix whatever is broke. My kids love the pool and thats a plus when your kids think they’re fish. The rooms are pretty big as well as the bathrooms, its a very comfy atmosphere to live in. I love cooking and the kitchen is beautiful!"

"I'm 75 and have lived at Stuart Hill for 17 years so I think I can reliably speak to the quality of management and staff and the community in general. Despite the ongoing challenging times and service backlog created by the pandemic for businesses and residents, the local management and staff have continued to be the best you'll find anywhere. Recent improvements have been and continue to be outstanding. The new pool and deck areas and associated lighting are very attractive and will provide the much needed security required to prevent roaming teens from breaking into the pool area at night. Replacing building signs and door numbers is a long overdue but welcome improvement and will be appreciated by Fedex, UPS, the Post Office, fire & rescue, other delivery personnel, tenants, and visitors. The new dog park is a huge, exciting addition for all the Pup owners! And, last, the overall landscaping is beautiful and so well maintained. Thanks for making Stuart Hill a great place to come home to! Sherry Glasscock"

"I have been here for a year now and just resigned my lease. This is my first experience living in an apartment complex and I’ve been very happy with my stay. The apartments are very nice, clean, and large. Another plus is management is always quick to respond to any emails with questions you may have. Maintenance is very prompt and friendly as well. When I first moved in last May our air conditioning went out and they were there within 30 minutes of us calling and got it back up and running for us within the hour. I look forward to another year here!"
