"As a disabled senior resident living in my North Winchester Apartments unit for 1-1/2 years, I have nothing but praise and positive things to say about living here. Outside, the public areas are well maintained and clean. Inside, the units are kept safe and secure thru regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance. Any issues and concerns I might have are always addressed promptly, professionally and thoroughly. The manager, Gyles, and Jerry, his head maintenance guy, are quick to respond when I need help. All those things considered, plus being the perfect location for me, very reasonable rent, and friendly neighbors is why I rate North Winchester Apartments 5-stars."
"It's quiet apartment complex, the NEW MANAGEMENT IS AMAZING, quick with responses to any issue's, all apartments have dishwashers, garbage disposals, and washer and dryers in the unit, love not having to go to laundromat, looked at 2 places here and 2nd time had to put my application in, I've been here since August 2016 and so glad I did! If you're looking for a place to live look no further!"
"Me and boyfriend were looking for a decent apartment in Winchester. I have no complaints about this place, Giles made it easy process to move in. The owners make sure if there's a problem that it is addressed in a mannered time. They always let you know when they may be entering and gives a few days in advance. Quiet neighborhood, never any problems."
