They were also shorthanded, but even so, Stephen Hall helped me quickly, was straightforward about my instruments and trade value, and made sure I got the sale price on a new item I ordered. "I am a first time Drum Set buyer. I met with Bryce and let me just say he has gone above and beyond in every imaginable way for me. He spent an hour talking over the electronic drum sets I was looking at and helped me build a kit I could grow into. After I brought the product home there were misplaced pieces due to the distribution center not placing things in the boxes appropriately and he helped me without a second thought and even offered me a brand new kit. Ontop of that he helped me to position all the parts of my kit properly and then also trouble shooted issues I had with the high stand I bought and couldn’t figure out. I have never written a review for anyplace before because usually the service is just what you expect, but Bryce in the drum section may just be the single most dedicated employee at a music store I’ve ever met. Not only did he go above and beyond for me but he was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
