"Always a good time at Altria theater. Convenient event parking at adjacent garage across the street for 10$. Ushers are helpful with finding your seats. Been to multiple shows at this venue with seating on each level. Good view all around. Great sound system. To be expected the Concessions can be pricey. Seating and aisles are tight. It can be uncomfortable for taller or heavier set people."
"Came here as a surprise last night and saw Anthony Hamilton. The show was great. Altria Theater did a great job making sure everyone knew where to go and helped you find your seats. The seats were comfortable. Unfortunately there are no drink holders so things can get a lil tight if you have your hands full. There is a parking garage right across the street. And there is street parking. The Theater is down the street from the college VCU so parking is def limited. Even with the garage that's available ($10) be prepared to wait a while as it's the only garage so traffic moved slow to get in there. I definitely recommend seeing a show if in the Richmond area."
"Such an amazing place. Overall was happy with this place. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are overpriced like any other place like this. Bottle of water $4 plus tax, small popcorn $10 a bag. The bigger problem was restrooms. The lines are so-ooo long, so if you have little one plan ahead as you may have to wait awhile. Convenient parking garage across the street."
"First time at the Altria last night and had a very positive experience. Lines moved quickly with security and leaving, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the seats were comfortable. We sat in Orchestra D, Row E. I loved the ceiling and the design in the theater - made it feel historic and classic. I would certainly come back in the future to see more performances!"
