"Room 155 had no hot water in the shower I tried to run it for 20 minutes it was freezing cold. The hot tub only had 2 out of 7 jets actually working for $170 this is the biggest rip off of my life. Why was housekeeping knocking I’m on the door at 10:40am if check out is at 11am!? What is wrong with people?"
"Despite having a good stay, I was promised a refund for days I was not going to be staying. However, they never came through with the money. Are they so greedy that they cannot refund money after promising to refund it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However, if they do come through with their promise, I will consider giving them a higher rating."
"The furniture in the room was falling apart. The carpet was filthy and smelled terrible! There were some sketchy people hanging out. The staff was not helpful. One night was enough!"
"It was ok. Room had a removed window when I got there so I had to fix it for them. Vending machine is full of expired drinks. Bloody boogers on bathroom walls and towels. Leftover trash from the previous person left in the room. Cleaning person doesn't knock and just opens without any warning. It wasn't bad but I think it's overpriced for the quality you're getting."
