"When I was looking for childcare for my infant I was aware of the childcare shortage so I started looking while I was still pregnant. I heard great things about this place from others. I contacted this company MANY MANY times and never received a response. I sent mulitple emails and web inquries as well as voicemails. One time a staff member answered my phone call and I pleaded with them to please have the required person contact me to move forward with joining the waitlist. I never got that phone call. Looking back I find it concerning that they are so unavailable as I would not feel comfortable leaving my infant with a daycare provider that is so hard to get in touch with."
