"Nice property. Staff was helpful. We were down due to a medical emergency and the staff was so helpful especially Ernesto who went out of his way to help us on the evening that our son was discharged from the hospital helping us to get some utensils to eat our carryout food that we had brought in!"
"The furniture in the lobby and the rooms were really dirty. I posted a few pictures. The bathroom had someone else’s diaherra splattered on the wall. The pool and hot tub had scum around the edges. Staff were very friendly and helpful but the cleanliness was unacceptable. Watch my videos."
"We have stayed here 3 years in a row. It's very disappointing the fire pit is not working outside for the holidays. I have read other reviews about the toliets not working and completely agree...they need to just replace all the toliets here, it cost $179 for a new very nice toliet that will never clog and the handle works."
"1 star off for service, front desk staff were surprisingly aloof when guests walk by, usually without greetings or even looking up from their keyboards except one friendly older lady. I was filling up bottled water at the front desk and a younger staff behind told me there was water fountain elsewhere...She could mean well but it was offputting. I am also a gold member, no upgrade no welcome gifts, actually no nothing. At least Hilton gave you bottled water and some snacks. one star off for facility, heater broken for both pool and jacuzzi so both were cold. Bathroom has a deadlock from inside so be careful...otherwise you might have accidently lock yourself outside. We called front desk and a friendly maintenance man used knife to open the lock...It wasn't his fault at all but facility could use some upgrades. very limited breakfast options as well. typically residence inn do better, not this one."
"Standout manager Jeremiah did an excellent job making sure we were aware of the amenities and of the unavailable gym (due to failed AC). It was good of him to inform about the partnership with Valley Fitness. The rooms were well appointed and could have been better cleaned prior to our check-in. The daytime towel change was a bright spot in this post Covid era. Many of the patrons brought their dog."
