"My husband and I decided to do a small, intimate wedding with our close family and friends last week. My husband found The Fuller House online and so I reached out to Susan to see about booking. I called a couple days later to book the venue and had asked Susan about doing a walkthrough the night before the wedding to decide how we’d want the chairs set up, discuss how I’d be walking in, etc. She told me it was fine if I came and did that as long as it was before 6pm. My officiant and I showed up at 4pm and she then told us we had to set up an appointment. It seems as though she forgot to mention that on the phone to me days prior. On the phone, she also mentioned I could get dressed at the venue but the night before our wedding, she told me the dressing room was an add-on and it would be $60 plus $4.50/minute. I had my makeup and hair already done so to pay $83 to take 5 minutes to put on my dress seemed ridiculous. Again, it seemed as though she forgot to also mention those details as well on the phone. She charged for the venue and $10/guest no matter the age whether it was a 2 week old baby or a 90 year old man. That price should just be included in the price of the venue. As soon as we officially became Mr. and Mrs. and took just a couple pictures, she came up to us and asked who she should see for the final payment. She gave us no time to even breathe after our ceremony and hovered over us the entire time we rented the venue. It definitely felt overbearing. The venue is beautiful, but the owner wasn’t upfront about several different things, wanted money for every little thing, and practically breathed down our necks the whole time."

"We had our wedding ceremony at the Fuller House Inn and it was amazing! We chose the traditional wedding to be hosted in the Fuller House garden, and we had about 30 guests. We received the ceremony script in advance so we were even able to personalize it a bit! Fuller House really went above and beyond for us, it was supposed to rain the day of the wedding so we had decided we should have it inside, but when it ended up being sunny at the time of the ceremony they quickly moved all the chairs outside for us! It was perfect! So simple and exactly what we wanted!!"

"Absolutely gorgeous house in a quaint and beautiful area of the city. We stayed in the cottage behind the Fuller House which was just adorable, quiet, comfortable, and classy. It was walking distance to the pedestrian mall and the courthouse. Susan was really amazing. This was a really awesome and unforgettable experience we'll cherish forever. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway or a super cool elopement/small wedding."

"Ms. Susan was a fantastic hostess, and we had such a gorgeous, simple ceremony with just my husband and I. We stayed in the cottage overnight as well, which was so cozy and nice. The Fuller House is such an elegant property, with gorgeous rooms and an overall cozy feel. The value is literally unbeatable. If you're looking for a place to elope or just to get away for a little while, look no further!"
