"Used to be sketchy and used to have horrible customer service with multiple different issues that would deter the usual patron but the people here genuinely care about your safety and comfort. Always checking to see if everything is going well and if there is anything you may need that they don't already have. Also no longer am I able to see any signs of roaches or bed bugs that people have been complaining about. And I am in my second room. Overall the new owners and management have been doing an amazing job and have completely re-vamped what is known to locals as the "old shoneys" good looking out y'all ✌️"

"We stayed a month. The room wasn’t cleaned, the tv had no picture only sound, and there was no microwave. We asked several times for the tv to be fixed and for a microwave. We waited two days for them to do something then they kept giving us attitude when asked for it to be fixed. They never fixed it. Terrible service."

"Great place to stay especially for the price. The indoor pool is super nice and open year round. It's shallow but that's even better for the kids. U don't have to worry about them drowning with 4 ft being the deepest it goes. I think they're also working on putting in an exercise room eventually but I'm not sure. They have different options for room type depending on how long your stay will be - they have rooms with large armoires and a table to eat at for longer stays, rooms with just a small dresser and two night stands for shorter stays, Rooms with 1 bed or 2, etc. The rooms are in great shape with no bugs at all - That means no bedbugs everyone! - I definitely checked! AND they come in and spray for u when you move in and I'm sure they do when u move out. The ladies at the front desk are VERY nice and they do anything they can to help you. Every morning they send a text message saying good morning and inviting us for coffee. Sometimes they have food up front on Saturdays or Sundays - They let you know when via text. Amanda (the manager) is SUPER friendly and very helpful as well :) She made us feel very comfortable and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. She was ready to assist us with anything with we needed without complaint. She was absolutely great. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Winchester. It's the most reasonably priced in town and definitely worth every penny. Where else can u find a place with an INDOOR POOL for the cheapest price in town? Def stay here if you're in town. You won't regret it. Just because a place isn't expensive doesn't mean it's not nice because this place has surpassed all of my expectations."
